For all of the beds in boxes out in the marketplace, consumers were still missing the most important factor in buying a mattress–choice. So we introduced tulo with the “One is Not a Choice” campaign. Our campaign had viewers imagine a world without choice: from a sloth being the only pet to a semicolon being the only punctuation mark. We let everyone know that when it comes to selecting a mattress and getting your zzz’s, one is not a choice.
